Determine how many trampoline springs you need to replace. Inspect the springs. You will need to immediately replace any springs that show a slight amount of wear to prevent injury to jumpers.

Measure the trampoline springs to determine the size that you need. You will need the wire diameter, which you can measure from the hook, as it is just the width of the piece of metal. Measure The outside diameter as the actual width of the whole coil. Measure the length from hook to hook.

Purchase replacement trampoline springs. You can purchase these at a sporting goods store or online. The TrampSprings website sells trampoline springs in individual springs or packs at a reasonable price.

Gather a couple of people to help you replace the trampoline springs. Have everyone distribute evenly around the trampoline. It is best to replace the springs that are opposite each other at the same time to keep the trampoline taut.

Wear gloves to prevent injury from snagging yourself on the spring. Use channel locks to pull and hook the spring to the frame. Inspect all the springs to make sure you replaced them correctly.
