Playing outside with friends is a pastime that is enjoyed the world over. But whether you are playing tag, hide and seek or cops and robbers, there is a way that you can kick your game up a notch to the next level--set a beginner ****ie trap. It doesn't take long to do and it's a fun prank to play on your friends. Here's how.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Things You’ll Need:

  • Piece of land (back or front yard)
  • Shovel
  • Sticks
  • Branches
  • Leaves
  • Wheelbarrow

Step1
Gather branches, sticks and leaves. Grab the old wheelbarrow and head out to a wooded area near your house. Fill the wheelbarrow with as many long sticks, leaves and branches as you can fit.
Step2
Select an area in which you are going to build the ****ie trap. This is all about locating a spot where you can camouflage your ****ie trap. For instance, the perfect ****ie trap would be in an area that already has random sticks, branches and leaves scattered about the ground. (Think fall, after the leaves are off the trees.)
Step3
Dig a hole for your ****ie trap. This is the labor-intensive portion of the ****ie trap. You want to make the ****ie trap big enough so that when someone falls in it they do not hurt themselves. Meaning it's not 1 foot deep and 1 foot wide, where someone can break their ankle. It should be at least 3 feet deep and have a 4-foot circumference. This is certainly no small order, but it is safer this way.
Step4
Fill the bottom layer of the ****ie trap with leaves. This will provide cushioning for people as they fall into it. Make sure the leaves are about 1 foot deep.
Step5
Place branches and sticks over the top of the ****ie trap. This is going to help give the appearance of normal ground while covering the hole. Place only enough sticks and branches so that it will hold leaves on top of it, but not so many that it looks suspicious like a stick pile.
Step6
Scatter leaves on top of the sticks to add the finishing touch. Remember to scatter them sparsely so that it fits in with the surroundings of the yard. This completes your beginner ****ie trap.

Tips & Warnings

  • Be very careful when planning this beginner ****y trap. It can cause great injury if someone steps in it the wrong way. While it may seem innocent, it is dangerous. It's a good idea to keep a first aid kit near by when playing as well as a phone in case you need to call for an emergency.
