Nicky Hilton is an heiress to the Hilton hotel empire and is an aspiring fashion designer. In the celebrity press, Nicky is mostly known as the sister of Paris Hilton, but works hard to make a name for herself. In 2004, Nicky Hilton launched her own clothing line called "Chick." Nicky's diet and workout programs keep her in tip-top shape.

      Workout with an intense cardio and aerobic workout for 1 to 2 hours, three to five times a week. Nicky Hilton boasts that she does not use a personal trainer. She controls her own workout regime.

      Do yoga or jog once or twice a week. Nicky Hilton uses yoga to relieve stress and relax. Nicky tries to jog three to five times a week. She admits that some weeks she does not have the time to jog and only jogs once or twice.

      Eat a well balanced diet. Nicky Hilton uses the food pyramid to balance out her food and tries to cut back on fast food, fried foods and saturated fats.

      Use portion control to control your weight. Portion control allows you to eat what you want, but in small portions. Eat small meals several times a day. Nicky says she eats only when she feels hungry and stops eating once the hunger subsides.

Tips & Warnings

  • Portion control does not mean anorexia. The body needs vitamins, minerals and protein to survive. If you begin to feel weak or dizzy when you practice portion control, take multivitamins and eat more protein.
