Step 1
Go to a hypnotherapist. Allen credits her weight loss to seeing London-based hypnotherapist Susan Hepburn. Allen stated that after seeing the hypnotist she would feel terrible if she didn't go to the gym.

Step 2
Work out at least three times a week. Allen completes a high intensity workout three times a week for 90 minutes each time. She begins her workout with 15 minutes on a stair climber, 10 minutes on a row machine, 45 minutes of weight training and finishes up with floor exercises such as push-ups.

Step 3
Cut down on your alcohol consumption. Lilly Allen told "People" magazine that before her weight loss that she was drinking too much alcohol and knew that it was unhealthy; she has since cut back on her drinking.

Step 4
Get rid of the junk food. Once filling up on fatty junk food such as potato chips, Allen now snacks on fresh fruits and vegetables throughout the day to keep her calories down and her body healthy.
