With gas prices at an all time high and no end in sight, follow these steps to save money on gas.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging

Step1
Buy a hybrid, electric car bicycle, or carpool to work. If you're set on keeping your gas eating machine follow the next steps to save on the gas.
Step2
Reduce hard accelerations. Start up at a reasonable rate of speed rather than punching the pedal to the floor when the light turns green!
Step3
Don't speed. Keeping your speed as close to 60 as possible will help you save on gas. Use your cruise control when you can.
Step4
Check and replace dirty air filters and spark plugs.
Step5
Get a tune up.
Step6
Check your tire pressure and adjust according to manufacturer recommendations.
Step7
Use the octane level recommended. If you don't need to expensive stuff, don't use it!
