4 cups of flour, 3 cups of sugar, 2 teaspoons baking soda, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ground cloves, and baking powder.

1 cup oil, 2/3 cup cold water 1 3/4 cups pumpkin ( for 9" pie 4 eggs. You will need 4 one pound coffee cans cleaned out.

with the 4 eggs put them in one at a time. Just mix everything together with a mixer at a med speed for about 2 minutes then fill the coffee cans about 1/4 high and bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350 degrees spray the cans or butter the cans so the bread dont stick
Tips & Warnings
Once the hour and ten minutes is up check with a toothpick to see if the mixer dosent stick to the toothpick then you know its done other wise if it dose stick I would keep it for 3 minutes more then check again.
If you see the lable on the can coming off its only because of the heat and dont touch until the can is cool before you remove the lable even know it might come off by it self let bread stand for about an half hour or until its cool then remove bread
