Content can have an negative effect on your search engine rankings if not used properly. Learn how text/content can effect your search engine rankings.

Difficulty: Easy

Step1
Word Count: The amount of words used on a page is important for search engine indexing. Not enough words, and it may not be considered informative enough to be indexed, too many words can also cause penalization. To be safe, keep your word count between 250 - 700 words.
Step2
Keyword Density: As above, too few or too many keywords can keep your pages from being displayed in search results. Keyword density should be between 3% - 5%. Also, make sure your keyword or phrase appears in the first sentence of the body text.
Step3
Font Size: When choosing a font size, it is recommended that you use a standard text size. Using the small fonts can be considered spam by search engines.
