How to Roast Asparagus

Learn how to make perfect roasted asparagus.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Asparagus, washed and dried
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  1. Step 1

    First you will need to trim the asparagus. Do this by taking one stalk and holding by ends, bend until it snaps. This is where you will be cuting the rest of the vegetables.

  2. Step 2

    Place asparagus on a baking pan and drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix around until all covered. Bake in oven for about 10 to 15 minutes at 400 degrees F.

  3. Step 3

    Asparagus should be tender when done. Enjoy with your favorite meal.

Tips & Warnings
  • Ovens vary in power and should be taken into consideration when cooking anything.
