How to Make a Scary Mask

Halloween is in my opinion of the most exilerating holidays ever established, but what is halloween with out your own scary mask!

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

• Newspaper Aluminum foil Masking tape Plastic wrap Large bowl 1 cup flour 1 teaspoon salt Water Poster or acrylic paint 3 feet of string

1. The first thing that you want to do is place the aluminum foil up against your face to get the ideal shape. Now that you have completed that it is time to make the paper mache paste, which includes the salt, the flour, and the water, all mixed in a large bowl.
2. Next, cut a newspaper into thin strips about an inch wide and about ten inches long. Then dip your strips into the paste and being very gentle place them onto your foil face mold(try to refrain from bending.
3. Now put on as many strips as you want, let dry, and paint it your favorite color. Finally remove sections of mask to create oyur eyes and a rough scary look

Tips & Warnings

• Either cut eyes before of after adding mache!
• Do not be afraid to put a lot of paste on your newspaper strips!
