A guide for people who struggle with their weight

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

This article is a pretty basic how-to about weight management. It's not about crash dieting or starvation but a lifestly change. You don't have to eat certain foods or excercise 2 hours a day. You just need to know a little bit about the calories you take in and the calories you burn off. The first step is learning how many calories your body really needs. A simple way to do this is take what you weight and add a zero to the end of it. Example: If you weigh 150 lbs, you should take in 1500 calories a day.

  2. Step 2

While it is healthier and more filling to eat a good amount of fruits and vegetables, you don't have to. You can eat pizza and ice cream everyday, as long as you only take in the appropriate amount of calories. You probably won't feel as full though as you would with a balanced diet. The second step is everyones favorite, excercise. Excercise isn't as hard as people think. All you really have to do is move around. That can prove difficult for an office worker but if you work in a fast paced environment where you move around a lot, you shouldn't have to do additional excercise. Unless, you want to tighten up trouble areas.

  3. Step 3

So thats the secret, nothing hard. Just eat right and move around. Drinking plenty of water (even if its the flavored, low calorie kind) will make a great difference too. Also, for fighting off cravings try low calorie foods like pickles or watermelon to snack on or brush your teeth, chew gum, take a walk. You can easily keep the weight off and maybe even lose some extra pounds if you just stick to this simple plan. Good Luck!!!
