Things You’ll Need:
- vegetables
- fruits
- seeds
- dairy products
- green tea
- Grains
- coconut milk
Step1
Eat green leafy vegetables everyday, any color as long as it's green. Either be light-green ,medium-green or dark-green vegetables.
Step2
Eat Grains does not matter if you eat the Whole Grains or just half of the Grains.
Step3
Drink after eating your meal so the foods will digest easy. Whatever you want to drink either be water,milk,coconut milk or fruit juice.
Step4
Eat healthy snacks like peanuts and any similar groups of these foods.
Step5
After those eating, you need to exercise your body. Not after you eat ,you wait for few hours then start your warm up.
