I chose to write a pregnancy journal so that my daughter would know exactly how my pregnancy went. Who knows if I will remember detail for detail what all happened to my body- by the time she is old enough to have her own children. Or if something ever happened to me, I wanted to all her questions to be answered.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

Step1
pick out a journal- or make one..
Step2
Each doctors visit, write down all the details..how much you weigh how far along you are etc.
Step3
As often as you can write down how you are feeling, and growing, every little movement that is felt, the smells that make you nauseous, the first time you feel your baby kick- just everything you can think of- anything that you think your children might want to know when they get older

Tips & Warnings

  • take pictures of your growing belly every few weeks
  • maybe add some pictures of your baby shower(s) write down what you received and who was there
  • maybe add copies of the sonogram- personalize it in any way
  • you could also continue the book - write about the babies firsts, etc.
