Things You'll Need:
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Dash of onion or garlic

Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Mix well.

Cover and chill before serving.

This recipe makes about 3/4 cup of salad dressing. Can be spooned over salad or used as a vegetable dip.
