How to Make Edna's Fudge

Here is a fudge recipe that uses cocoa instead of chocolate squares.

Things You'll Need

• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 2/3 cup evaporated milk
• few grains salt
• 1/3 cup cocoa
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 large tablespoon marshmallow whip

Instructions

1. Combine sugar, milk, salt,and cocoa in saucepan. Boil until it forms soft ball in cold water. Remove from heat.

2. Beat in vanilla, butter, and marshmallow whip until thick and creamy.

3. Pour into buttered pan. Score when cool.
