Here is a fudge recipe that uses cocoa instead of chocolate squares.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • few grains salt
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 large tablespoon marshmallow whip
  1. Step 1

    Combine sugar, milk, salt,and cocoa in saucepan. Boil until it forms soft ball in cold water. Remove from heat.

  2. Step 2

    Beat in vanilla, butter, and marshmallow whip until thick and creamy.

  3. Step 3

    Pour into buttered pan. Score when cool.
