Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Step1
Make your toddler' s bedroom colorful and with matching music of his or her favorites. Or turn the fan on or air conditioner to make sound.
Step2
Let your kids sleep in their bed as early as you want. And let them grow in their bedroom so that they won't feel like a stranger in their own bed. If the kids are spending time most often at night or during the day in their bedroom then they will get used to the atmosphere. They won't be scared to enter their own bedroom.
Step3
Kids have different way of putting them to sleep. You have notice when they are just a little or newborn that they usually sleep when let them ride in your car. So make a noise in their bedroom that make them sleep easy. Another reason for putting a sound or music in their bedroom is to cover the outside noise of other individuals in the house or outside the house loud voices.
Step4
Sometimes expert' s advice does not work at all and the parents are the only persons who can really make their kids sleep comfortably.
Try to stay in their bedroom while they are trying to sleep and when they get up at night and run to your bed then stay for at least several night beside his or her bed.
Step5
Make your kids choice his or her favorite character for bed sheets and pillows and then favorite cartoons for his clothes. Probably fairy tale story on television and then with music in the background.
Step6
Try not to close your child's bedroom so that he or she won't feel pressure inside. Let him or her feel that it is easy to exit if he or she needs to run to you. Always let your kids feel that they are always welcome to run to you if they need to so that there's comfort in the room where they sleep.
Step7
When your kids keep running and getting out from their bedroom, do not yell at them and scared them by putting them back in their bed crying. Try to make them feel ease and relax with your arms and then put them back slowly to bed.
