Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
- 3 lbs fryer, or boneless chicken
- 1 package of onion soup mix
- 16 oz. of white long grain regular raw rice
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can of cream of celery soup
- 1 cup of water
Step1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Step2
In a large baking pan combine the onion, mushroom, celery, and chicken soups, mix well. Then add the rice and water. Place the chicken on top of the mixture and cover.
Step3
Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until rice absorbed all the liquids. Uncover the last half hour to allow the chicken to brown. Makes 8 servings
