Things You’ll Need:
- 4 Standard Size Boneless Pork Chops
- 1 Can of Mushrooms
- 1 Can of French Fried Onions
- 1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 Chopped Onion
- Garlic Salt to Enhance Taste
Step1
The first thing that you will want to do is take the French Fried Onions and combine them with the Cream of Mushroom Soup. You should mix these two components thoroughly.
Step2
Gather your pork chops; rinse them under hot water, and sprinkle a bit of garlic salt on them to enhance the natural flavors of the meat. Place the meat in a skillet, and brown them on medium heat.
Step3
Once the meat is browned, simply add the chopped onion pieces and the mushrooms to the skillet. You should place a lid over the food and allow it to cook for approximately one to two minutes – just until the onions and mushrooms have softened.
Step4
Now, you should take your Cream of Mushroom Soup mixture and pour it over the meat in the skillet. The heat should be reduced and the food should be allowed to simmer for approximately fifteen minutes.
Step5
You should take the meat and other items from the skillet, place it in a microwave safe casserole dish, and top with a dab of salt and pepper. You may also wish to sprinkle a few French Fried Onions over the top. Then, place it in the microwave for about three minutes.
