Things You'll Need:
- Cheerleading shoes
- SHorts
- Shirt

Step 1
1* The most important thing to do is to stretch. Make sure that you stretch out well enough so that you do not end up pulling any muscles.

Step 2
2*Do some leg lifts. Sit on the ground with your legs in a v. Place your hands near your tailbone. Lean back a little and lift your legs about a foot off of the ground. Raise your legs and hold for ten seconds. Take a deep breath and repeat. (i usually do it about 10 times)

Step 3
3*Do some side kicks. Make sure your arms are in the high V position. Bring your leg as high as you can without pushing yourself to far. Do about 5 on each side.

Step 4
4*Practice doing some toe touches. THe more practice that you have the better you will become. (dont forget to point those toes during the jump.)
