Things You’ll Need:
- 1 bunch celery
- 4 roma tomatoes
- 1-- 3 ounce package cream cheese
- 1---cup Ranch Dressing
- 1 head leaf lettuce

2** Brunches Celery
1**3 ounce package cream cheese--at room temperature
4** Roma Tomatoes
1**cup ranch Dressing
Dipping bowl
Mixer
Serving Platter
1 head Green leaf lettuce
potato peeler

Clean Celery, trim and pat dry with paper towel.
Cut the ends and discard.
Cut the remaining Celery into 2 to 3 inch pieces.
Set aside

Place Cream Cheese and ranch dressing in mixer and mix till smooth.
Pour into dipping bowl. Clean leaf lettuce, cut the bottom end. Pat dry the leaves. Place the leaves around the serving platter. Place the bowl of dip in the center, then add all the cellery sticks around the dipping bowl.

For your tomato roses, use a potato peeler, starting at the base of the tomato where the stem was, start peeling the skin all around the complete length of the tomato DO NOT BREAK THE SKIN!!! YOU WANT TO LEAVE IT INTACT!!! after you peel to the other end of the tomato, simply start rolling the tomato, it will start taking the shape of a rose ending were you first started at the stem base were it will lay flat. continue doing this for the other 3 tomatos and place on top of the celery sticks for garnish,
