Business choices: The business can be set up in two ways. The most expensive set up is to set up a e-book store front and have them purchase the books from you site. The least expensive way is to become a e-book reseller or online marketing outlet for e-books. This will need to be address in your business plan.

Start up: To start up your business you will need a computer along with the basic office supplies and web site. Depending on your business choices above you may need resale rights or a affiliate agreement. After your web site is designed and set up expect ongoing maintenance and hosting fees. Also expect marketing costs.
Step4
Marketing: To market you e-books online you should consider your target audience. Try to get you link to where they will be on the internet, such as stores that sell e-readers, related forums, and other similar subjects. Banner and Google ads also may be effective in this market.
