- Music(prefer moments in love by art of noise).

Step 1
Spend one night every week or once a month doing this technique all it require is time the rest is easy. Light the candles, put on the music set it to repeat, and clear your mind of everything only focus on the now.

Step 2
Lying in bed just began to touch and caress each other either in a massaging or just plain stroking fashion. Running your finger threw his/her hair, touching his/her face with your hand, feeling his chest hair. Loving each other with touching remember this is for relaxation in love not making love.
