How to Prevent Opened Tube of Culk From Hardening

As anyone who has ever had to caulk a small area there is always a full tube of caulk left

Things You’ll Need:

• a long screw or nail,painters tape or masking tape

1. The best way to apply caulk is to cut a small tip of the tube there are graduation marks on the side as a reference
2. After cutting the tip and using the caulk you can save the rest of the contents by cleaning excess off tube
3. Place a long screw or nail in the tube, then wrap the tip with masking or painters tape for reuse later on

Tips & Warnings

• keep caulk in a semi warm environment,Remember to release the lever if using a caulking gun after you finish
