A very simple recipe for making the best teriyaki burger known to man.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 1 Pound Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons teriyaki sauce (Kikoman)
  • 1 Egg
  • Buns
Step1
Blend all ingredients together until the ground beef has a uniform consistency.
Step2
Separate into 4 equal-sized portions.
Step3
Roll each portion into a ball, then flatten into a patty.
Step4
Place in a 10-inch skillet with a lid for 4 minutes over a medium flame.
Step5
Flip the patties over and cover for an additional 4 minutes.
Step6
Timing can be adjusted to suit your taste; more for well done, less for rare.
Step7
Enjoy!
