Things You'll Need:
- Computer
- Internet Access
- eBay Account
-
Step 1
In your listing, include precise information about your products details, shipping charges and return policy. Make it simple to read, add pictures, etc.
-
Step 2
Respond to inquiries quickly via email or messaging through eBay. Give them an honest answer.
-
Step 3
After your auction ends maintain constant communication with the buyer, send them and invoice requesting payment with a nice message asking them if they have any questions and thanking them for their purchase.
-
Step 4
Address all complaints as soon as possible. Buyers may request a refund and in order to still receive positive feedback, it’s a good idea to do as they please as long as they ship the item back.
-
Step 5
Be the first to leave feedback on a transaction, this shows that you’ve taken the initiative and buyers will usually be inclined do the same.

on 8/1/2009 Another important way -- block buyers in the first place who potentially misbehave. At www.trustedblacklist.com lots of sellers share their blocked bidders/buyers list. Using latest list at your eBay account will save you lots of time and profit. (there is an article at eHow for how to block buyers).
