Things You'll Need:
- 3 egg whites
- spinach leaves
- 1/4 c. salsa
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. feta cheese

Step 1
Spray frying pan with non-stick spray. Sautee onions and spinach leaves.

Step 2
Mix 3 egg whites, salsa, half of the feta cheese with the sauteed onions and spinach.

Step 3
Scramble mixture to desired consistency.

Step 4
Use rest of feta cheese to garnish.
