Looking for a filling, low-fat breakfast? Prepared as instructed and you should have a hearty breakfast for less than 200 calories.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 3 egg whites
  • spinach leaves
  • 1/4 c. salsa
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. feta cheese
  1. Step 1

    Spray frying pan with non-stick spray. Sautee onions and spinach leaves.

  2. Step 2

    Mix 3 egg whites, salsa, half of the feta cheese with the sauteed onions and spinach.

  3. Step 3

    Scramble mixture to desired consistency.

  4. Step 4

    Use rest of feta cheese to garnish.

Tips & Warnings
  • Use extra salsa to garnish.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
