This is a big favorite in my family. Super easy to make and absolutely delicious!
ENJOY :)

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 Lb. White Fish Fillets, boned-flounder and tilapia are our favorite to use in this recipe.
  • 1/3 Cup Jarred Salad Dressing (such as Miracle Whip...but any brand will do. You may also use regular Mayonnaise if you prefer the taste)
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp minced or crushed garlic-your choice. You may used jarred but we prefer fresh garlic.
  • 2 Cups coating- your choice: crushed crackers of your choice-we prefer Ritz, but sesame crackers and saltines work great as well. You may also used seasoned bread crumbs.
  • 1 TBSP Grated Parmesan Cheese
  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Step 2

Mix coating with cheese and set aside

  3. Step 3

Mix Salad Dressing/Mayo, garlic and spices
Brush this mixture on both sides of fish.

  4. Step 4

Dip fish in coating of crumbs and cheese, on both sides.

  5. Step 5

Spray 13x9 inch pan with cooking spray. Please fish in pan.

  6. Step 6

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until fish is white and flakes to the touch.

Tips & Warnings
  • May use more or less of each spice
  • May add a dash of hot sauce to salad dressing mixture if you want it a bit spicier
  • Fat free dressing/mayo works great in this recipe to keep it very low in calories.
  • Serve with a crispy green salad and fresh vegetable to make this meal complete. I usually serve it with steamed broccoli tossed with fresh lemon juice ... but any vegetable is great.
  • Have extra fish on hand. Even 'non fish lovers' will enjoy this because of it's wonderful flavor!
