Really easy, creamy, sweet, cherry pie filling. The best you'll ever make. Can be used as a pie filling or even as a dessert alone.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • One Can Cherry Pie Filling
  • Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • One Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • One Can Evaporated Milk
  • One Cup Water
  • Metal Bowl
  • Misc. Fruits (Raisin, Mandarin Oranges, etc.)
  • Wire Whisk
  1. Step 1

In the metal bowl, pour the entire bag of Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix in.
Mix the Evaporated Milk and Water together and pour into the bowl.

  2. Step 2

Using the Wire Whisk, stir everything together.

  3. Step 3

Once the pudding starts to thicken up, pour in the Sweetened Condensed Milk in to the bowl.
    Constantly stirring.

  4. Step 4

Once everything has combined and thickened up perfectly, pour the entire can of Cherry Pie Filling into the bowl.
You may add other kinds of fruits you like such as, raisins, mandarin oranges, grapes, pineapple chunks(drained), etc.
    I like raisins.

  5. Step 5

Now fold the fruits and pie filling into the pudding.
Take the entire metal bowl and put inside the freezer for up to 30 minutes depending on what consistency you would like it.
The longer you leave it in, the more like ice cream it will get.
    Less time, like frozen yogurt.

  6. Step 6

Once it's reached the consistency you like it, you can pour it into a pie crust, a nice bowl for a dessert, or even a cake topping.

Play around with the recipe and leave me a comment on how it came out for you.
I just made some and it's in the freezer, waiting.

Tips & Warnings
  • Try different fruits and even candies such as, broken Snickers, Resse's Pieces, M&M's, etc.
  • Taste it while you make it. Add more Sweetened Condensed Milk if not sweet enough or less if too sweet.
