2. The problem with free web hosting companies, is many are very short lived, causing real issues for unexpecting website owners. If a company stops hosting your site, it could be days (or more) before you discover your site is no longer online.
3. When looking for a free hosting provider, start by doing a little research. Find out how long the company has been around. Also, visit forums, message boards, etc., to see what others are saying about the service.
4. Another consideration is the amount of storage you will be allowed and daily and monthly bandwidth limits. Be sure to compare these limitations among the companies you are choosing from. Although, the higher the number doesn't necessarily mean the best choice. Again, the longevity of the company is critical.
