How to Keep Ants Off Your Counters

Ants are always in the mood for a picnic and they aren't always shopping for one outside - if you have an ant problem in your home, likely your biggest angst is getting them to stay off your counters.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

• White Vinegar
• Spray bottle

1. Mix white vinegar with water. I use about 3 parts white vinegar to 1 part warm water.
2. Place mixture into a small spray bottle. You can find these at dollar stores.
3. Spray on your kitchen counters and wipe as you would with any other cleaner. The ants hate the acidic base of the vinegar and will avoid it.
4. Repeat daily

• Not only does the vinegar help to get rid of the ants, it is also a wonderful cleaner.
