Things You'll Need:
- Cardstock Paper (I use white for all mine, but you can buy colored cardstock paper if you'd like)
- Scrapbook stickers of your choosing (what they like, etc)
-
Step 1
You'll want to take the cardstock paper and lay it landscape and fold it into four's. So you have it laying landscape - from left side fold it to the right.
-
Step 2
After you fold that - turn it around so that the folding crease part is towards the wall.
-
Step 3
Take the left side of the paper and fold it to the right side of the paper and there's your greeting card folded in fours.
-
Step 4
Scrapbook stickers of your choosing, it all depends on the occassion: Birthday, Wedding, Anniverssary, Graduation, etc. I've used for all occassions and also you may want to use something that they like, for example I come from a harley davidson biker family.
-
Step 5
Last year for my dad's birthday I made him a card like this...and he loves harley davidsons. (Their about the usual price of scrapbook stickers unless you go to Michael's instead of the harley shop.) Scrapbook stickers you can find at Walmart in the craft department and depending what you get varies in price range from $.99 (very few at walmart are that) - $3.99.
-
Step 6
So I had the scrapbook stickers of a leather jacket and leather pants, harley davidson letters that were black and orange, and inside was a harley davidson bike scrapbook sticker. My dad thought that was pretty good, he absolutly loved it! I've used scrapbook letters saying Happy Birthday, etc. It's really easy - it's best to use cardstock paper!
-
Step 7
This is a wedding card I did for my best friend who's getting married in 2 weeks.Best places to get scrapbook stickers: Michael's and JoAnn Fabrics or any crafty place like that that has stickers. Both these places have alot of really neat things for at $.99
If you live in Cincinnati, Ohio (around montgomery rd I believe it is) there is a scrapbook store called Scrap I think. They have alot of decent scrapbook stickers from everything imaginable from pirates baseball, cincinatti bengals, etc. I have a friend that lives there and taht's where I got some scrapbook stickers. Michael's and JoAnn's is the most decent places to get great stuff!
