People are always counting calories or looking up food statistic on the back of food boxes. I admit so do I. But I always look for more calories protein, carbohydrates, and yes even fat! They key to being able to eat what ever you want on a regular basis is staying active. Food’s primary purpose to to provide out body with vitamin, nutrients, and ENERGY!

  • Food

Step1
People are always counting calories or looking up food statistic on the back of food boxes. I admit so do I. But I always look for more calories protein, carbohydrates, and yes even fat!
Step2
They key to being able to eat what ever you want on a regular basis is staying active. Food’s primary purpose to to provide out body with vitamin, nutrients, and ENERGY! If you didn’t know, fat provides a great amount of energy. More than that of carbohydrates. The only problem is, the majority of us let the fat settle and build up. I understand that I am young and my metabolism is at its peak, but exercise happens to speed up metabolism. Exercising burns calories and creates more lean muscle, which in turn help speed your metabolism and help with weight-loss.
Step3
My exercise of choice is running as far as cardio is involved. But unfortunately not every has the legs or knees, running can take its toll on your knees and joints. If running is not a viable option for you, try swimming. Swimming can be done by anyone, youth to seniors. You do not even have to be able to swim necessarily. Some of the most elite athletes in the world will tell you that underwater running is one of the toughest activities there is. It is also causes no stress on joints or shins.
Step4
Basically, if you would like to live life not counting calories, lead an active lifestyle. You will be amazed how fast results will show if you engage in aerobic activities on a regular basis.
