How to Sooth a Babies Stomach Ache

Sometimes an infant gets stomach aches, and it is difficult for the baby. You try real hard to sooth, and comfort your child, but nothing seems to work.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • a baby with a stomach ache
  • a bottle with warm water
  • peppermint
  1. Step 1

    Make sure you check with your child's doc., to make sure it is safe for your baby to have peppermint in his/her bottle.

  2. Step 2

    Put 8 ounces of warm water in your babies bottle.

  3. Step 3

    Add a small piece of peppermint candy to your babies bottle (enough to flavor the water).

  4. Step 4

    Shake the bottle, until the peppermint candy is dissolved.

  5. Step 5

    Give the bottle to your child.

Tips & Warnings
  • Check with your child's doctor to make sure peppermint candy is safe for him/her
  • Make sure you add the candy to the bottle ONLY DO NOT GIVE the baby a piece of peppermint candy
  • Never give your child water that is too hot, make sure the liquid in the bottle is safe enough for your baby
