We all end up with them, hundreds of those plastic bags from the grocery store, department store, and even the home repair store. The clerks put one item per bag and you come home with another dozen or so after each shopping trip. What are YOU going to do with all of those bags? Here's some ideas on how to put them to good use before you recycle them.

  1. Step 1

    Collect your plastic bags from the grocery store, department store, or home repair store in a bag saver. These range from a cloth bag to a box and you can even find decorative ones on eBay.

  2. Step 2

    Use the plastic bag as a trash can liners in small trash cans.

  3. Step 3

    Use the plastic bag as a holder for other plastic bags.

  4. Step 4

    Use the plastic bag as a lunch bag for taking your lunch to work.

  5. Step 5

    Use the plastic bag as a kitty or puppy litter/poop disposal bag.

  6. Step 6

    Use the plastic bags as packaging material for eBay. Packing peanuts are expensive and can cut into your profits. Use these bags and you'll never by packing material again!

  7. Step 7

    Use the plastic bag as an over night bag if you don't have a duffle bag.

  8. Step 8

    Use the plastic bag as a yardsale bag. When you go to yardsales, take a few in your car to put your stuff in that you buy. It makes unloading the car much easier.

on 10/9/2008 While removing vegetable skin and the unwanted seeds you use plastic bag to collect all of them and straight away trash the plastic bag when done
