Things You'll Need:
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp. lemon extract

Step 1
Stir sugar, corn syrup, and water over low heat until sugar is dissolved.

Continue to cook over higher heat, without stirring, until candy thermometer registers 305 degrees.

Remove from stove and stir in lemon extract.

Drop a tablespoon of the hot syrup at a time onto a geased cookie sheet.

Step 5
Press a wooden skewer (or whatever you wish to use for a stick) into each tablespoon of syrup.

Remove lollipops when hard. Store in an airtight container.
