French fries are a tasty and delicious snack almost every loves. The problem is the average french fry can be pretty unhealthy. You can still enjoy the salty crunch of french fries by making oven baked fries at home. Here's how.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

    To make oven baked french fries, slice five potatoes into long, thin strips using a kitchen knife.

  2. Step 2

    Prepare a pan for coating your french fries. To do this, add two and a half tablespoons of canola oil to a metal pan along with several cloves of crushed garlic.

  3. Step 3

    Toss the potato strips in the garlic and oil mixture until thoroughly covered.

  4. Step 4

    Place the coated potatoes in a baking pan and bake at 375 degrees Farenheit until crispy and brown. This should take around forty minutes.

  5. Step 5

    Enjoy your oven baked french fries!
