Things You’ll Need:

  • Pen/Pencil
  • Paper
  • Some Spare Time
Step1
Write down the decision that you need to make. Then list the possible courses of action. You can use bullet points to keep them clear if you want to.
Step2
For each possible course of action make a list of the pro's and con's of taking that course.
Step3
Then make 3 heading, Worst Possible Outcome, Best Possible Outcome, Most Likely Outcome. Use the pros and cons you already listed to decide which course of action will lead to those outcomes.
Step4
Pick the best possible outcome and go for it!
