How to Make an Ice Box Cake
Ice box cakes got the name because, back in the day, a refrigerator was called an ice box and the cake had to be chilled. Ice box cakes are made of pudding and graham crackers, and no need to be baked. The cake is easy and quick to make, and a good fit for a dessert or a special occasion. Does this Spark an idea?

1
Line the bottom of the pan with a layer of graham crackers. Fill the crevices on the sides so the bottom consists completely of crackers.

3
Stir the pudding mixtures in separate saucepans slowly and consistently as they heat on the stove. Bring them to a boil and keep stirring until the pudding is thick.

This sounds so easy and even has the bonus of being a healthier dessert. My grandma used to mention ice box cakes, but I don't think I've ever tried one. Thanks! -
