How to MAKE HEALTHY ALMOND SPREAD

Can be used with breads, pita, English muffins etc.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tomoto
  • 1/2 bunch coriander leaves
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 inch ginger
  • green chilies - to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • add lemon juice for taste.
  1. Step 1

    In a table spoon of oil toast all the ingredients. Add 1/2 tea spoon of turmeric. Grind in blender with 1/2 cup water.

  2. Step 2

    When smooth, add 1/2 cup olive oil. Blend all.

  3. Step 3

    Ready to eat. Stays for about a week or more in the refrigerator. Can be frosen for future use.

Tips & Warnings
  • Depending on your tolerance to hot spice, you can increase the green chilies.
