How to Got Problems Sleeping? Maybe I Can Help!

Not getting to sleep regularly can be a problem. I have some suggestions that may help.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Glow in the dark stars
  • Finger putty
  • Stepladder
  • Your imagination!

Step1
First you need to shop for the stars, which can usually be found at the
Mall or unusual & unique gift shops. They usually come in packages which contain stars of different sizes & moons that glow in the dark.
Step2
Make sure these come with little packages of finger putty so the stars
& moon can be applied to surfaces.
Step3
Put the putty on the back of the stars & place them on the ceiling
above your bed. Place them where you see fit. Approximately 15 min.
before going to bed, turn on lights in the room. Make sure you relax
and beathe slowly while you lay in bed. Then turn off the lights and
look up at the ceiling. And be awed at the glowing of the stars.
Looking at them will remind you of being outside camping, but with the
comfort of being in your own bed. Then relax & fall asleep....I know

Tips & Warnings

  • When putting up the stars, use your imagination as to their placement.
  • Be cautious when standing on the ladder & looking towards the ceiling.
  • You may also want to lay tarps on your bed and on the floor.
  • Staring at your stars at night can be relaxing and peaceful.
  • Be prepared for a restful and dream filled night.
