FIRST, PLACE ALUMINUM FOIL AT THE BOTTOM OF YOUR OVEN TO KEEP FROM MAKING A MESS!!! THEN, PREHEAT TO WHATEVER YOUR FROZEN PIZZA REQUIRES. TAKE IT OUT OF THE BAG OR BOX AND LET'S GO!!
IF YOU'RE GOING TO COOK ON RACK WITHOUT PAN, YOU CAN SPRAY OR WIPE RACK FIRST WITH "COOKING SPRAY" OR RUB DOWN QUICK WITH "OIL"

TO MY FROZEN PIZZA, I ADD SPRINKLES "ALL OVER" OF THE FOLLOWING:
BASIL, OREGANO, THYME, BLACK PEPPER, ITALIAN SEASONING, FRESH GARLIC (JARRED OR OTHER..DON'T GO CRAZY UNLESS YOU LOVE GARLIC LIKE ME), FRESH TOMATOES (BEST-DICED), OR CANNED AND "BE SURE TO DRAIN FIRST-DON'T WANT SOGGY PIZZA), (IF I HAVE THEM), MOZZARELLA CHEESE (IN BAG OR FRESH) ANYTHING ELSE YOU WANT! I SOMETIMES THROW ON LEFTOVERS...CHICKEN, BEEF, ETC.

COOK AS INSTRUCTED BY FROZEN PIZZA BOX. HOWEVER, IF ADDING CHEESE (BAGGED OR FRESH), KEEP AN EYE ON IT...DON'T WANT TO BURN THE CHEESE! IF COOKING ON RACK (NOT ON PAN), DON'T FORGET THE ALUMINUM FOIL TO CATCH THE MESS!!!!!!!!! AND USE METAL SPATULA...EASIEST TO REMOVE!
IF BUBBLED, DONE!!!!!!!!!! YUM! ENJOY!

Olive oil is great, but my friend is "allegic" to olives. That's why I can't use it in alot of my recipes! But thanks for the tip if I'm eating it alone!!!

Another excellnt quick-meal recipe. I like to drizzle some olive oil (notice how you never pour olive oil, but always drizzle it) over the pizza, add lots of basil (never too much basil) and (as a German friend taught me) sprinkle some fennel on top. Enjoy. John

on 4/18/2008 YOU ALSO MIGHT WANT TO SPRAY OR OIL YOUR OVEN RACK PRIOR TO COOKING TO PREVENT STICKING. JUST DO IT "BEFORE" YOU HEAT OVEN!!!
