Passwords is a very important thing which should be kept personally, but what are you going to do when you can't remember it, and no matter what you do you just cant figure it out .... well here's what to do!!!
Inside your computer
Very simple pick up that screw driver and open your computer, well if it's your first time opening this thing, don't worry its as easy as 123, take out the screw' s to open it....Now When you opened it, lay it down carefully as shown in the picture I can't find a better picture so i hope this will do...

CMOS Battery Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor!!!
Look for a coin shaped like thing inside ... Its The CMOS Battery, the basic function of this thing is to maintain your computer's date and time when your computer is turned off. Just Beside it is it's jumper setting, in the image i think its the blue one, basically Its a four pin where in the two pin is connected by an unfixed plastic, and the other two are left blank!!!

ig.Pick up the blue plastic and transfer it in the other two free pin's count to 10 and when your done put it back again. Close your computer case and the screw when done turn your computer on...and go to your BIOS setup by pressing the delete key and go to set admininistrative password and try to make a new easy to remeber password...
Tips & Warnings
Passwords are very important, maybe if you often suffer from this mental black out, secure it by writing it down...
By moving your CMOS Jumper setting you had cleard your password...
You can also reset the memory configuration to its default value with the use of the screw, take out the CMOS battery from its place and connect the two pins under it with your screw...
If its your first time opening a computer, maybe try to be relaxed when doing this, you have to try it once so next time you'll be confident!!!
Basic Rules when opening your computer ... Unplug turn off, Press On and Discharge your bodies current...
