Things You'll Need:
- Slow cooker
- Knife
- Vegetable peeler
- Cutting board
- Skillet
- Slotted cooking spoon
- Can opener
- 2 or 3 potatoes
- 2 or 3 stalks of celery
- 2 or 3 carrots or equal amounts of baby carrots
- 1 large onion
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 can whole kernel corn (or English peas)
- Garlic salt
- Pepper
- 1 can condensed tomato soup

Step 1
Peel and rinse potatoes. Slice into rounds and spread in the bottom of the slow cooker. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.

Rinse and slice the celery. Spread on top of potatoes. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.

Scrape the carrots and slice into small rounds or chop baby carrots in half. Spread on top of celery. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.

Brown the ground beef. Drain and spread on top of vegetables. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.

Open and drain the whole kernel corn or English peas. Spread across the meat. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.

Open the tomato soup and pour into measuring cup. Add one can of water and mix. Pour over meat and vegetables.

Plug in the slow cooker and set it to medium to high heat. Cook for 6 to 8 hours. Adjust the temperature of the crock pot for cooking; if you are cooking for 6 hours, set to high heat. If you are cooking for 8 hours, set to medium heat.
