Did someone just act like an immature moron and piss you off on a forum? Well guess what, it's time for revenge! And there are some dirty things you can do, trust me!
First, write down or copy and save to a text file the account name of the person you want to get revenge on because you don't want to forget it later. View their profile or find them on the forum's member list and see if their e-mail address is exposed to the public. If it is, copy and save that somewhere and go to step 3. If it isn't viewable, go to step 2.
Step2
So you need to find their e-mail address. It's as easy as typing their username into google because a surprisingly high number of people have their e-mail address associated with that same account name on another website like Myspace for example. Unfortunately, if they have a common username, you're not going to be able to find anything about them. Like a search for "Wizard" is just going to give you a couple million results about wizards but if their username is wizard144 then you'll only find links related to them and one of them may contain their e-mail. Otherwise just register a new account at the forum so they don't know it's you and send them a private message with some lie in it that requires them to send you an e-mail or give you their e-mail address. Say you want to buy something from them or something, I dunno, just get creative.
Step3
If you still can't find their e-mail address anywhere, or even if you did, you may have also found enough information about them by searching to find out where they live. All you really need is a city and a first name and age or first and last name and state. Then just go to whitepages.com and it will find their address and phone number. You can send them a message on the forum with all their person info to freak to them out or worse, post it out on the open forum for everyone to see but then you'll probably get banned. Or you can mail them a letter or package with something creatively bad like a hallmark card with a write in of "I HATE YOU" and signed with your username. Don't put a return address on it though so they can't figure out where you live. My favorite is to print off their avatar or sig picture and draw a moustache on it or scribble all over it or give it an insulting photo edit then print it and mail it to them. You can actually just do that by e-mail or private message through the forum even.
Step4
So if you do have their e-mail address, it's fun to change your sender ID in Outlook to say something like the forum's name and send them a fake notification that the forum banned them or the website is shutting down. Or best of all, sign them up for all kinds of spam lists. Low quality, non big name dating sites are famous for spamming people like crazy. Just type "dating" into google and go to like results page 10, there's never any respectable dating services past about page 2. Or search for "free coupons" and sign up for coupon lists. Those are usually pre-approved by high level spam filters because they're legitimate opt-in lists instead of unsolicited spam so the thousands of e-mails they get are likely to go to their inbox, not their junk folder.
Step5
So those are some pretty good ways to get back at someone. And I should probably mention that if you sign up at any forum online, use some throwaway hotmail or gmail account or something, not your main account. And try not to post your real last name or city on any website ever. That will prevent people from doing these sorts of things to you.
Tips & Warnings
sometimes people use fake e-mail accounts to sign up at forums that don't require validation so the e-mail thing doesn't always work
make sure you never send the person an e-mail from an e-mail account you use for anything important or they'll obviously try and send you all kinds of stuff right back if they find out about it

Your so naughty!! tisk-tisk Okay, I admit I giggled. ;) This could serve as a good warning to others about what info they are sharing out there on public forums. There are worse things that can be done. Desolator was being nice.
