This fruit smoothie will knock your socks off! It's a perfect morning treat

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1/2 cup or so of blueberry juice
  • Strawberries
  • 2 small mangoes or 1 large mango
  • 1/2 cup-1 cup of OJ
  • w/ or w/o 1 banana
  • Protein smoothie powder
  • 1 large cup filled with crushed ice
  1. Step 1

    make sure the larger ingredients are chopped down to a smaller size. make sure you peel the mango and get the fruit out of the inside to add to the blender. Do not put mango in whole!

  2. Step 2

    Add all ingredients (except ice) into blender. Blend well.

  3. Step 3

    Add ice and blend well again. After blended, take a taste test and add extras to your taste if needed. Enjoy! It's a good start to your morning!

Tips & Warnings
  • There is a Protein smoothie powder that you can add to your smoothies at Costco. Also there, they sell a liquified multi-vitamin that can be added to drinks and food for a full days' % of vitamin intake.
