I have a linguine recipe that's to die for!!! and it's sooooo easy!! check it out!!

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 4 cans of chopped clams
  • (save the clam juice from the cans)
  • 1 package of linguine pasta
  • 2 cans of evaporated milk
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 yellow onion chopped
  • small sprigs of parsely (pulled apart)
  1. Step 1

1st) We need to cook the linguine pasta! Bring about 6 cups of water to boil in a pan, once boiling, add linguine and cook until tender.

  2. Step 2

Drain pasta when done. Leave sitting out.

  3. Step 3

Get a big frying pan out and put butter/margarine/olive oil to a simmer in the pan.

  4. Step 4

Add the chopped onions and clams saute them until slightly brown and carmelized.

  5. Step 5

Add the clam juice and evaporated milk into the pan and let the sauce simmer and thicken.

  6. Step 6

After it simmers for a couple of minutes, throw linguine into the frying pan with the sauce and mix thoroughly.

  7. Step 7

Add parsley at the end so that it doesn't wilt. Let it sit to let the sauce thicken a bit and ENJOY!!! It's a family recipe that I'm sure your family will LOVE!!

Tips & Warnings
  • As with dealing with any butter or oil, be careful not to burn yourself.
