Taking the Pill also will help to regulate your period so you can be ready for the monster cramps to prepare ahead of time.
Step5
Being sexually active with stimulation (experts believe) lessen cramping beacuse it triggers a rush of endorphons such as it would with excersizing.
Step6
Get plenty of sleep and drink plenty of water to lessen the cramping.
