How to Make a Baby Laugh With a Flying Beanie Baby

Laughter may boost your infant's immune system and promote bonding. If you are attempting to make your little one laugh, you might try this fun activity.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Things You’ll Need:

• Baby
• Beanie Baby with a tail you can hold, such as a monkey
• Computer

1. Watch the video below, of my son laughing at a flying monkey beanie baby. It is under "resources" at the bottom of this article.
2. Set the baby down on a safe place.
3. Holding the tail of the beanie baby, turn it around fast in circles.
4. Make funny sound effects, such as "Whee whee" that my husband is saying in the video.
5. Let the beanie baby go flying. (Remember its not a real animal!) Pick up the beanie baby and tickle your baby with it.
6. Hopefully your baby will laugh! If not, wait a couple of days a try again! Enjoy

Tips & Warnings

• Try to avoid some distractions, like my dog walking in the background (you can't see her) on the video.
• Be sure to remind your child not treat real animals like this.
