"Hi! My name is Lady Jules on behalf of expertvillage.com and today I’m going to teach you a couple of strengthening moves to get ready to learn how to break. You really have to build your muscles up and get your body to understand what muscles work and why to understand how to do these moves and you can learn a lot quicker if you know these things. So the first thing I am going to teach you is just a basic squat move out. We always go up and down a lot here on the floor, you stand up and you are constantly going up and down and up and down. So it is really good to practice your core moves, core strength and also your quads. So this is a great exercise for that. All you do is come down squat put your hands in the front to counter your balance a little bit, step out, move thrust your body forward a little bit and then back out back out, back out. I’ll let you see that from the side. The next move that I’m going to teach you is called a burpee and basically it strengthens your core, your thighs and also your shoulders and what you are going to do is you are going to stretch up, come down, jump out back, stretch up and you do this 2-3 times or more depending on how you feel, down, out, up, back, out and that will be your strengthening and strong in no time."
