what you need for this reccipe
* Basic Pizza Doug you can buy at the store to safe you time making your own its up to you.
* 2 links[about 2 ounces sweet or hot Italian sausage remove from casing or Italian style turkey sausage
* 1/2 each red green, and yellowbell pepper,seeds,stems and ribs removed, cut into thin lenthwise slices
* 1 teaspoon olive oil plus more for the pan
* 1 garlic clove cruxhed through a press
* 1 teaspoon minced fresh oregano leaves or 1/4 teaspoon dried coaresely ground black pepper
* 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese, perferably parmigiano reggiano
