Then, before running breath in 1 breathe out 1. Breathe in 1-2 breathe out 1-2. Breathe in 1-2-3 breathe out 1-2-3. And continue this process up to 5.
Step3
Finally it's time to run. Remember to us this breathing strategy when you run!

  • Make sure you remember to breathe or you could pass out!
